-Realtor for Lease sign at the property with brochures
-Show the property and screen/qualify tenant prospects
-Execute Residential Lease Agreement, prepared by our Real estate Attorney
-Provide tenants with information on where to send rent and who to call with problems.
FULL SERVICE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
-Provide Leasing Service as described above.
-Collect Rents Monthly
-Provide Comprehensive Monthly Statement to Owner
-Supervise Maintenance Calls
-Enforce All Provisions of The Lease
-Provide Owner with Semi-Annual as well as Annual Accounting Statement.
- Provide 1099 at Year end.
